    摘要:

    為了實(shí)現(xiàn)車(chē)載電源性能的綜合測(cè)試,搭建了由直流電動(dòng)機(jī)—飛輪組成的電源測(cè)試平臺(tái),以此為基礎(chǔ),研究了平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)控制精度的影響。建立了測(cè)試平臺(tái)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了存在的問(wèn)題。依據(jù)多軸機(jī)電傳動(dòng)理論,提出了平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化方法,建立了優(yōu)化后平臺(tái)的數(shù)學(xué)模型和狀態(tài)空間方程。分析了無(wú)級(jí)變速器(CVT)的傳動(dòng)效率,確定了其速比控制約束條件。構(gòu)建了基于dSPACE的硬件在環(huán)測(cè)試平臺(tái),通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了平臺(tái)優(yōu)化前后直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的調(diào)速效果,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化后的平臺(tái)具有優(yōu)良的調(diào)速性能,直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的跟蹤精度顯著提高,為開(kāi)展復(fù)合電源性能測(cè)試提供了技術(shù)支持。

    Abstract:

    The safety and reliability of electric vehicle depend on the performance of vehicular energy storage system. The test bench composed by DC motor and flywheel was proposed to test the performance of energy storage system. This paper mainly focuses on an improved test bench. The tracking precision of speed control system was affected by the improved test bench. The model and current problems of the test bench were presented. The structure improvement method of the test bench was improved according to the theory of multi-shaft transmission system. The improved test bench was modeled by using state-space equation method. The efficiency and ratio control of continuously variable transmission (CVT) were analyzed. The dSPACE-based hardware-in-the loop (HIL) test bench was built and improved in the lab. Experimental results showed that the tracking precision of speed control system was improved with new test bench. It provides technology support for the performance testing of hybrid energy storage system.
