    摘要:

    針對(duì)移動(dòng)環(huán)境的檢測(cè)需要,設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于GPRS的遠(yuǎn)程檢測(cè)無(wú)線電子鼻系統(tǒng),主要包括氣敏傳感陣列、信號(hào)調(diào)理模塊、微處理器模塊、GPRS模塊和遠(yuǎn)程測(cè)控系統(tǒng)5部分。對(duì)系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程通信性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,發(fā)現(xiàn)電子鼻數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送周期在400ms以上時(shí),系統(tǒng)的通信時(shí)延、傳輸速率和累計(jì)丟包率都能滿足無(wú)線電子鼻檢測(cè)的要求;利用本系統(tǒng)對(duì)采摘后的芒果實(shí)施檢測(cè)研究,得到的香氣響應(yīng)特性曲線清晰、穩(wěn)定;構(gòu)建芒果貯藏天數(shù)的預(yù)測(cè)模型,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)照組逐步回歸模型雖然整體預(yù)測(cè)效果不理想,但對(duì)第4和6天的芒果仍有一定的預(yù)測(cè)效果,而試驗(yàn)組逐步回歸模型、對(duì)照組基于線性判別的支持向量機(jī)(LDA—SVM)模型和試驗(yàn)組LDA—SVM模型對(duì)芒果貯藏天數(shù)都具有較好的預(yù)測(cè)效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the needs of quality detection of agricultural products during logistics, a wireless electronic nose (WEN) based on GPRS for applications in the “on-the-go” environment was designed. It consisted of 5 modules which were the sensor-array with 8 MOS sensors, signal processing module, master controlling module, GPRS module and remote monitoring system. The GPRS communication performance of the WEN was tested, it was found that when data transmission cycle exceeded 400ms, three communication performance indexes of GPRS network which were the time-lag between sending and receiving, packet loss during the transit and transmission rate would meet the demands of detection simultaneously. An application aimed at fresh mangos was taken by using the present WEN, and the obtained profiles of mango aroma were clear and stable. Mango storage prediction models were built with stepwise regression method (SR) and LDA—SVM, respectively, and it was indicated that the SR model of the control group mango had a certain predictive effect only for the mangos stored for 4 and 6 days, the SR model of the experimental group and the LDA—SVM model either of the control group or the experimental group achieved satisfactory predictive effect as a whole.
