    摘要:

    基于微型升降機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理,設(shè)計(jì)了一種平面折展升降柔順機(jī)構(gòu),建立了該機(jī)構(gòu)的偽剛體模型,利用虛功原理推導(dǎo)出平面折展升降機(jī)構(gòu)的輸入載荷與輸出位移關(guān)系的計(jì)算公式。設(shè)計(jì)了基于LET鉸鏈和LOOP鉸鏈類型的平面折展升降機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)例,并對(duì)其中包含弧形片段的LOOP柔性鉸鏈的彎扭耦合等效剛度進(jìn)行了研究,分析得到其彎扭耦合等效剛度計(jì)算公式,通過2個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例的理論計(jì)算和有限元仿真分析,驗(yàn)證了理論公式和仿真模型的正確性。設(shè)計(jì)了基于LOOP鉸鏈的升降機(jī)構(gòu)的實(shí)物模型,計(jì)算、仿真分析和測試結(jié)果表明,該機(jī)構(gòu)可產(chǎn)生較大提升量并且仍能保持良好的精度,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。

    Abstract:

    A lamina emergent elevator mechanism was designed based on the principle of micro-elevator mechanism. Pseudo-rigid-body model of the elevator mechanism was established. The calculation formula of force-deflection relationship was derived based on the principle of virtual work. A lamina emergent elevator mechanism with LET hinge and LOOP hinge was designed and two kinds of elevator mechanism were studied. The bending and torsional equivalent coupled stiffness of LOOP flexible hinge which contains arc segment was studied and the calculation formula of the equivalent coupled stiffness was derived. The analysis of theoretical calculation and finite element simulation of the two designed examples showed that the theoretical calculation formula and the simulation model were correct. A physical model of the elevator mechanism based on LOOP flexible hinge was established and its function was tested. Calculation, simulation analysis and test results prove that this elevator mechanism can produce large lifting capacity with high accuracy in operating state and the slider displacement of the elevator mechanism has good input and output relationship with the rising displacement of the platform. The goal of design was reached.
