    針對當前農(nóng)田土地平整作業(yè)過程中,常會出現(xiàn)鏟車過載或空載造成平地效率低下的問題,提出一種基于空間聚類的農(nóng)田土地平整區(qū)域規(guī)劃方法。首先,獲取農(nóng)田地勢高程數(shù)據(jù),通過克立格插值法遍歷到空間各個位置;然后,通過改進后的K-均值聚類算法與密度聚類算法,對農(nóng)田高程數(shù)據(jù)進行區(qū)域標記,去除區(qū)域中的離散點和誤差點,初步完成區(qū)域劃分;再結(jié)合農(nóng)田平整時挖填土方量體積和農(nóng)田面積適中等原則,對區(qū)域大小及形狀進行修整,完成農(nóng)田土地平整區(qū)域規(guī)劃。田間試驗分析表明,采用所提出的區(qū)域規(guī)劃方法規(guī)劃后,農(nóng)田平整過程中鏟車過載和空載現(xiàn)象明顯減少,有效作業(yè)時間提高5%以上,工作效率提升顯著;平整后各劃分區(qū)域地勢平整情況得到明顯提高,平整度小于6 cm。

    Abstract:

    The land precision leveling technology could improve farmland micro-topography and distribution uniformity of irrigation water and soil nutrients, save water and fertilizer and increase both production and income. To improve the working efficiency of GNSS-controlled land leveling system, a method of farmland regional planning based on spatial clustering was explored. Firstly, a topography contour map was generated by using terrain rapid measurement method. Farmland altitude data was obtained by the topography map. Secondly, the altitude data was divided into different categories by using K-means clustering algorithm, and the data in the space was marked by each category. Thirdly, the discrete marked data belonged to each category in the space was merged and error points were removed by using density clustering algorithm. According to the principle of land leveling, regional division was finished by adjusting the amount of digging earth and the size of the farmland area. Finally, farmland experiments were carried out and the results showed that the proposed method could be used to guide the driving well in the process of land leveling. The sum proportion of overload and empty load during the time when the land was planning and navigation functions were working was no more than 5%, which was better than the situation without these functions. The condition of farmland terrain under each region was improved significantly after being leveled. The value of the standard deviation of altitude was less than 6 cm and it could meet the preliminary goal.
