    摘要:

    為尋求對(duì)輥柱塞式成型機(jī)鋸末制粒時(shí)的最優(yōu)成型參數(shù),探索成型參數(shù)對(duì)成型結(jié)果的影響規(guī)律,以鋸末含水率、成型模具長(zhǎng)徑比和主軸轉(zhuǎn)速為試驗(yàn)因素,以成型顆粒密度和成型機(jī)生產(chǎn)率為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),基于Design-Expert BBD(Box-Behnken Design)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了處理和分析,建立了試驗(yàn)因素對(duì)試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)的回歸方程。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)輥柱塞式成型機(jī)采用鋸末為原料制粒時(shí),最優(yōu)成型參數(shù)為:含水率15.5%、成型模具長(zhǎng)徑比5.3、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速47.25r/min。在此條件下,成型顆粒密度和成型機(jī)生產(chǎn)率分別可達(dá)到1.17g/cm3 、75kg/h;各試驗(yàn)因素對(duì)成型顆粒密度的貢獻(xiàn)率從大到小依次為:成型模具長(zhǎng)徑比、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、含水率,各試驗(yàn)因素對(duì)成型機(jī)生產(chǎn)率的貢獻(xiàn)率從大到小依次為:含水率、成型模具長(zhǎng)徑比、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速;成型顆粒密度試驗(yàn)值與預(yù)測(cè)值最大相對(duì)誤差為0.426%,成型機(jī)生產(chǎn)率最大相對(duì)誤差為2.733%,吻合程度較高。

    Abstract:

    To seek for the optimal forming parameters of the roller briquetting machine with plungers and explore the influence law of the forming parameters on the forming results, sawdust was used as the raw material, the moisture content, the length to diameter ratio of the forming mold and the spindle speed were taken as the experimental factors, while the density of the forming particle and the productivity of the briquetting machine as the experimental indexes, the experimental data was processed and analyzed by the experiment design method of Design-Expert BBD (Box-Behnken Design), and the regression equations of the experimental factors on the experimental indexes were established. The results showed that the optimal results of the moisture content of sawdust, the length to diameter ratio of the forming mold and the spindle speed were 15.5%, 5.3, 47.25r/min,respectively. On this condition,the density of the forming particle and the productivity of the briquetting machine can reach 1.17g/cm3, 75kg/h, respectively. The contribution rate of the experimental factors on the forming particle density in the order from large to small: the length to diameter ratio of the forming mold, the spindle speed, the moisture content, while on the density of the forming particle: the moisture content, the length to diameter ratio of the forming mold, the spindle speed. The maximum relative error is 0.426% between the experimental value and the predicted value of the density of the forming particle,while it’s 2.733% on the productivity of the briquetting machine, so theres high consistency.
