    摘要:

    針對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室厭氧發(fā)酵試驗(yàn)周期長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)氣速率低、人工測(cè)量產(chǎn)氣量勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)排水法原理,設(shè)計(jì)了基于LabVIEW軟件平臺(tái)的微量產(chǎn)氣在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)標(biāo)定、測(cè)量液體自動(dòng)添加和補(bǔ)充、產(chǎn)氣量實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量、累積產(chǎn)氣曲線實(shí)時(shí)顯示和監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)等功能。厭氧發(fā)酵試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:在線監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)與人工測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,相對(duì)誤差平均值為-2.30%,相對(duì)誤差最大值為-3.03%,該系統(tǒng)具有良好的準(zhǔn)確度和穩(wěn)定性,可滿(mǎn)足實(shí)驗(yàn)室厭氧發(fā)酵試驗(yàn)微量產(chǎn)氣實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的需求。

    Abstract:

    Biogas yield represents a key parameter for evaluating the stability of fermentation process. In laboratory scale anaerobic fermentation experiments, the gas flow rate is generally low and the experimental period lasts long. In order to solve the problems of labor intensity and low efficiency caused by manual measurement, a system for online gas metering for low gas flow rate with high resolution and friendly interface was developed following the principle of liquid displacement. The system was designed based on the LabVIEW software. Various functions were achieved, including automatic calibration, automatic refilling the displaced liquid to compensate the loss from evaporation, real-time pressure and temperature compensation for volume, generating, displaying, storing accumulated gas production curve and data in real-time, etc. Finally, fermentation experiment was conducted to validate the system’s performance. Test results showed an average relative error of -2.30% and a maximum relative error of -3.03% compared with manual measurement, which indicated a high measurement accuracy of the system. Moreover, the results were stable even in the continuous long run for 80h, indicating a good performance at operational stability. In conclusion, the system can satisfy the need of real-time gas metering for laboratory scale anaerobic digesters, and it had great practical value.
