    合成了一種命名為多孔配位網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)222 (PCN 222)的金屬有機(jī)骨架化合物(MOFs),并將其用作農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)中酶抑制法的新型增敏劑。對(duì)所制備的PCN 222微觀形態(tài)、結(jié)構(gòu)、X射線衍射(XRD)和熱穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)表征。證明該MOFs是一種多孔的棒狀結(jié)構(gòu)(棒狀結(jié)構(gòu)主軸為六面體),并具有大的表面積和強(qiáng)的熱穩(wěn)定性?;赑CN 222的性能,在有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥快檢中添加PCN 222材料,增強(qiáng)了傳統(tǒng)酶抑制法的靈敏性。為進(jìn)一步研究,將毒死蜱選為模型分析物,在最佳條件下,吸光度變化量提高了68.8%(3min內(nèi))。此外,該方法具有簡(jiǎn)單、快速、成本低的優(yōu)點(diǎn),為復(fù)雜樣品基質(zhì)中有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥的測(cè)定提供了一種實(shí)用工具。

    Abstract:

    Food safety issues caused by pesticide residues become the spotlight of public concerns all over the world. Metal-organic frameworks: porous coordination network 222 (MOFs:PCN 222) were synthesized and investigated as a novel sensitizer for AChE-inhibited method. TCPP (Tetrakis (4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin) was employed as a ligand and highly stable Zr6 clusters were chosen as nodes for the assembly of stable Zr-MOFs. With carefully selected starting materials, a 3D porous MOFs was successfully constructed. Some properties of the prepared PCN 222, including structure, morphology X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermostability were studied systematically. Porous virgate structure (spindle hexahedron), large surface area and strong thermostability were obtained for the MOFs. Based on the PCN 222, a sensitive AChE-inhibited method was developed. As a proof of concept, chlorpyrifos was used as a model analyte. Under the optimal conditions, absorbance increasing efficiency was increased by 68.8% (in 3min), which substantially improved the sensitivity of the colorimetric method compared with traditional ache inhibition method. The results revealed that the sensitization range obtained for chlorpyrifosis was approximately 0.01~10μg/mL. Furthermore, the biosensor was successfully applied to the quantitative assay of chlorpyrifos in synthetic sample (vegetable matrix). In addition, the method possessed the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and cost-effective. Hence, the developed sensitized AChE-inhibited method might provide a useful and practical tool for organophosphorus pesticide determination and related food safety analysis.
