    摘要:

    針對(duì)嚴(yán)寒天氣影響溫室內(nèi)作物生長的問題,提出了一種主動(dòng)式溫室地暖系統(tǒng),并基于熱平衡理論,首先對(duì)地暖系統(tǒng)的熱量傳遞過程進(jìn)行了研究,分別建立了溫控系統(tǒng)徑向、軸向傳熱數(shù)學(xué)分析模型;再利用有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行了二維穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度分布狀態(tài)的數(shù)值模擬,研究結(jié)果表明,若將距地面20cm處土地溫度大于15℃作為地暖系統(tǒng)的有效作業(yè)范圍(簡稱Qf),地暖系統(tǒng)的開啟溫度應(yīng)不低于28℃,且系統(tǒng)入風(fēng)口溫度每增加2℃,其軸向有效作業(yè)輻射范圍可擴(kuò)大2.4~2.8m;通過與昌平區(qū)馬池口溫室大棚實(shí)地試驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,地暖系統(tǒng)換熱過程對(duì)淺層與深層土壤溫度擾動(dòng)規(guī)律與理論分析結(jié)果一致,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了仿真分析的有效性。

    Abstract:

    This paper proposed an active greenhouse heating system which focuses on the influence of crop growth under extreme cold weather. At the beginning, the heat transfer process of heating system was analyzed based on thermal equilibrium theory. The temperature control system models were established based on radial and axial heat conduction mathematical analyses respectively. Then, the numerical simulation of two dimensional steady temperature distribution was carried out by means of finite element method (FEM) software. The simulation result indicates the control parameters in the greenhouse. When the effective operation range (later referred to as Qf) is defied with the soil temperature more than 15℃ at 20cm underground, the temperature of heating system should be opened no less than 28℃. The kinetics is changed in terms of the temperature dependence. If the air intake temperature of heating system is raised by 2℃, the axial effective operating range extends by 2.4~2.8m. Later, field test was conducted in greenhouses located in Changping District, Beijing. Compared with simulation data, the field testing data shows that the perturbation law of heating system heat transfer process on shallow and deep layer soil temperature is consistent with theoretical analysis. The simulation parameters could help to guide the greenhouse control.
