    摘要:

    針對(duì)當(dāng)前農(nóng)機(jī)裝備功能增強(qiáng)、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜導(dǎo)致故障后果影響嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題,在傳統(tǒng)故障模式、影響及危害性分析(FMECA)方法的基礎(chǔ)上引入模糊綜合評(píng)判,形成了基于模糊綜合評(píng)判的FMECA分析方法。通過(guò)建立因素集、評(píng)價(jià)集、模糊因素評(píng)價(jià)矩陣、權(quán)重集等步驟,將定性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)予以定量化。以立式玉米脫粒試驗(yàn)臺(tái)為例,對(duì)其分析程序和分析方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,制定故障模式、影響分析(FMEA)表格,對(duì)表中各故障模式進(jìn)行模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)。依據(jù)評(píng)判結(jié)果得出各故障模式的危害等級(jí)排序,進(jìn)而找到產(chǎn)品可靠性改進(jìn)的重點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明,此評(píng)判結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況相符,該方法具有明顯的準(zhǔn)確性和可比性,為農(nóng)機(jī)裝備的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和維修大綱制定提供了科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確的決策依據(jù)

    Abstract:

    The enhanced functions and complex structure of agricultural machinery lead to serious consequences of failure. During reliability analysis of products, many evaluation elements are involved and failure information and evaluation indexes are fuzzy, so it is difficult to give credible and accurate analysis results. In view of these problems, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was introduced into the traditional method of failure mode effect and criticality analysis (FMECA), and the new FMECA analysis method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was formed. Factors set, evaluation set, judgement matrix for fuzzy factors and weights set were established to quantify the qualitative evaluation index. Taking the vertical corn threshing test bed as a case, analysis table for failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) was established and criticalities of failure modes in the table were evaluated. According to the criticality, failure modes were ranked and emphases of reliability improvement were found. The analysis procedure and method were verified. The result showed that the method had obvious accuracy and comparability, which provided scientific and accurate decision basis for the structural optimization and formulation of maintenance program of agricultural machinery.
