    為了改善國內(nèi)谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)風(fēng)篩式清選裝置清選作業(yè)參數(shù)的調(diào)控、監(jiān)測與顯示方式簡單且自動(dòng)化程度較低導(dǎo)致清選效率較低的問題。分析了谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)風(fēng)篩式清選裝置4個(gè)清選作業(yè)參數(shù)(振動(dòng)篩曲柄轉(zhuǎn)速、風(fēng)門開度、風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速和魚鱗篩篩片開度)的調(diào)節(jié)理論依據(jù),對每個(gè)清選作業(yè)參數(shù)的調(diào)控與監(jiān)測裝置進(jìn)行獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì),在聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)風(fēng)篩式清選裝置基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了多參數(shù)可調(diào)可測式清選系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)篩式清選裝置清選作業(yè)參數(shù)的自動(dòng)化調(diào)控、監(jiān)測與顯示,整體系統(tǒng)采用電力驅(qū)動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了收獲機(jī)風(fēng)篩式清選裝置的綠色環(huán)保作業(yè)。經(jīng)準(zhǔn)確性檢測多參數(shù)可調(diào)可測式清選系統(tǒng)4個(gè)清選作業(yè)參數(shù)的調(diào)節(jié)精度均不小于97.17%,具有良好的魯棒性,可實(shí)現(xiàn)4個(gè)清選作業(yè)參數(shù)的精確調(diào)控與實(shí)時(shí)顯示。本文利用裝配了多參數(shù)可調(diào)可測式清選系統(tǒng)的4LZ-4型全喂入履帶收獲機(jī),以總損失率和含雜率為清選性能評價(jià)指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了大豆機(jī)收田間試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)時(shí)樣機(jī)運(yùn)行良好。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,大豆機(jī)收田間試驗(yàn)總損失率和含雜率平均值分別為3.13%和2.70%,達(dá)到行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

    Abstract:

    The regulation, monitoring and display mode of cleaning operation parameters of domestic grain combine harvester air and screen cleaning device is simple and low automation degree, resulting in low cleaning efficiency. Aiming to improve these problems, the theoretical basis of adjusting four cleaning operation parameters (the crank speed of vibrating screen, the opening of air door, the rotation speed of fan and the opening degree of fish scale screen) of the air and screen cleaning device of grain combine harvester were analyzed. The control and monitoring device of each cleaning operation parameter was designed independently. Based on the air and screen cleaning device of combine harvester, the multi parameter adjustable and measurable cleaning system was designed. The automatic control, monitoring and display of the cleaning operation parameters of the existing air and screen cleaning device, and the whole system was driven by electric power, realizing the green operation of the air and screen cleaning device of the harvester. Through the accuracy test, the adjustment accuracy of the four cleaning operation parameters of the multi parameter adjustable and measurable cleaning system was not less than 97.17%, which had good robustness, and can realize the accurate control and realtime display of the four cleaning operation parameters. The model 4LZ-4 full feeding crawler harvester equipped with multi parameter adjustable and measurable cleaning system was used in the field test of soybean harvester with total loss rate and impurity content as evaluation index of cleaning performance. The prototype ran well in the test. The results showed that the average loss rate and impurity content in the field experiment of soybean mechanical harvesting were 3.13% and 2.70%, respectively, which met the requirements of industry standard.
