    摘要:

    為了解決油茶果采摘過程中采凈率低、花苞損傷率大的問題,通過研究不同品種油茶果結(jié)合力和油茶枝條特性,設(shè)計(jì)了一種扭梳式油茶果采摘末端執(zhí)行器,在采摘作業(yè)時(shí)該執(zhí)行器可以對(duì)油茶果產(chǎn)生多種作用力。闡述了該末端執(zhí)行器的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),分析了末端執(zhí)行器的作業(yè)過程和油茶果脫落的影響因素。對(duì)不同品種油茶果的結(jié)合力和枝條扭轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,得出抗拉力主要集中在10~25N之間、抗剪力主要集中在5~15N之間、抗扭力矩主要集中在0.015~0.030N ·m之間,不同品種油茶枝條扭轉(zhuǎn)模量在2~7MPa之間。單因素試驗(yàn)表明,在扭梳組件轉(zhuǎn)速為25~35r/min、梳輥轉(zhuǎn)速為75~85r/min、作業(yè)時(shí)間為8~12s工況下,采摘性能較優(yōu)。試驗(yàn)表明,最優(yōu)工作參數(shù)組合為扭梳組件轉(zhuǎn)速35r/min、梳輥轉(zhuǎn)速85r/min、作業(yè)時(shí)間12s,此時(shí)油茶果采凈率平均值為93.37%,花苞損傷率平均值為13.16%。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low net recovery rate and large bud damage rate during the picking process of camellia fruit, by studying the binding force and branch characteristics of different varieties of camellia fruit, a twist-comb type camellia fruit picking end effector was designed. It produced a variety of forces on the camellia fruit during operation. The structure and working principle of the end effector were described, the key components were designed, the operation process of the end effector was analyzed, and the factors that affected the shedding of the camellia fruit were obtained. By measuring the binding force of different varieties of camellia fruit, it was concluded that the tensile force was mainly concentrated between 10N and 25N, the shear resistance was mainly concentrated between 5N and 15N, and the torsion moment was mainly concentrated between 0.015N ·m and 0.030N ·m. The measured torsional modulus of different varieties of camellia branches was between 2MPa and 7MPa. The results of single factor test showed that the performance was better when the rotating speed of the torsion component was 25~35r/min, the rotating speed of the comb roller was 75~85r/min, and the working time was 8~12s. The results of test showed that the optimal working parameter combination was 35r/min of torsion component, 85r/min of comb roller, and 12s of operation time. Under this working condition, the average net recovery rate of camellia fruit was 93.37%, the average damage rate was 13.16%.
