    摘要:

    針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)人工土壤檢測(cè)方法存在檢測(cè)過程復(fù)雜、處理周期長(zhǎng)、工作效率低等問題,提出了土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)檢測(cè)自動(dòng)化前處理平臺(tái)整體設(shè)計(jì)框架,基于此構(gòu)建了土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)檢測(cè)自動(dòng)化前處理平臺(tái),該平臺(tái)以均一、穩(wěn)定的機(jī)器操作完成土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量的精確檢測(cè)。平臺(tái)主要由搬運(yùn)機(jī)械手、溫控消解裝置、無損轉(zhuǎn)移裝置、電氣控制系統(tǒng)等構(gòu)成,同時(shí)通過構(gòu)建組態(tài)軟件調(diào)度系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)各裝置的協(xié)同工作,以流水線式作業(yè)方式完成土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)自動(dòng)化前處理。選取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)土壤樣品對(duì)平臺(tái)的穩(wěn)定性和系統(tǒng)適用性進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),結(jié)果顯示,該平臺(tái)重復(fù)測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差不大于0.56g/kg,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差不大于2.30%,相對(duì)誤差不大于2.21%,檢測(cè)結(jié)果符合農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部土壤檢測(cè)指標(biāo)要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of complex process, long processing cycle and low working efficiency existing in traditional artificial soil detection, a novel design method of pretreatment platform was proposed for detecting organic matter, which can accurately detect soil organic matter content by uniform and stable machine operation. Based on this method, a set of automatic pretreatment platform for soil organic matter detection was constructed. The platform was mainly composed of handling manipulator, temperature control digestion unit, nondestructive transfer unit and electrical control system. At the same time, the configuration software scheduling system was built to realize the collaborative work of each unit, and the automatic pretreatment of soil organic matter was achieved with the way of assembly line operation. Standard soil samples were selected to test the repeatability and suitability of the platform. The experimental results showed that the standard deviation of repeated tests was no more than 0.56g/kg, the relative standard deviation was no more than 2.30%, and the relative difference was no more than 2.21%. All the test results were within the error range required by the standard value, which met the index requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China for soil testing indicators. The automatic pretreatment platform proposed had high stability, which greatly improved the detection efficiency of soil organic matter detection without reducing the detection accuracy. The platform could replace the cumbersome process in traditional artificial soil detection, and it had a wide range of systemic applicability.
