    為解決現(xiàn)有馬鈴薯通風(fēng)儲藏庫加濕系統(tǒng)選型參數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模糊和加濕方式無法隨庫內(nèi)環(huán)境參數(shù)變化進行自動調(diào)節(jié)等問題,設(shè)計了一套馬鈴薯通風(fēng)儲藏庫自動加濕系統(tǒng)。在現(xiàn)有馬鈴薯儲藏庫基礎(chǔ)上,考慮馬鈴薯生理特性,該加濕系統(tǒng)選擇PLC S7-200為主控制器,并運用控制變量法進行試驗設(shè)計,采用Origin數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件對各影響因素與入口風(fēng)速和相對濕度之間的關(guān)系進行單因素試驗分析,研究加濕簾厚度、加濕泵功率和風(fēng)機風(fēng)速對儲藏庫加濕效果的影響。硬件選型試驗表明,該儲藏庫的最佳參數(shù)組合為濕簾厚度45cm、加濕泵功率70W、風(fēng)機風(fēng)速16m/s,當(dāng)風(fēng)速達(dá)到16m/s時能夠達(dá)到完全穿透效果。加濕系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用試驗證明,系統(tǒng)能夠正常工作,并且將庫內(nèi)相對濕度維持在95%左右,儲藏后馬鈴薯平均失重率為3.70%,滿足馬鈴薯儲藏的加濕需求,且系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)庫內(nèi)環(huán)境參數(shù)的變化進行相應(yīng)調(diào)整,使馬鈴薯保持較充足的水分和較低的失重率,從而保證儲藏庫內(nèi)環(huán)境適合馬鈴薯儲藏。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of fuzzy selection parameter standards of the humidification system of the existing potato ventilated storage and the inability of the humidification method to automatically adjust with the changes of the environmental parameters in the storage, a set of automatic humidification system for the potato storage was designed and developed. The humidification system was based on the existing potato storage, combined with the physiological characteristics of the potato, selected PLC S7-200 as the main controller for development, and the control variable method was used for experimental design. Through the data analysis software Origin, a single factor test analysis was carried out on the relationship between the various influencing factors and the inlet wind speed and relative humidity, and the influence of the thickness of the humidification curtain, the power of the humidification pump and the wind speed of the fan on the humidification effect of the storage was obtained. Through experimental research, it was concluded that the best collocation plan for the storage warehouse was that the thickness of the wet curtain was 45cm, the power of the humidification pump was 70W, the wind speed of the fan was 16m/s, and the full penetration effect can be achieved when the wind speed reached 16m/s. The application test of the humidification system proves that the system can work normally and can meet the humidification requirements of potato storage. It can be adjusted according to the changes of environmental parameters in the warehouse, so that the potato can maintain sufficient moisture and low weight loss rate, and guaranteed the storage in the warehouse. The environment was suitable for the storage of potatoes.
