    摘要:

    針對目前傳統(tǒng)檢測方法實(shí)施難度大、易交叉感染的問題,設(shè)計了奶牛瘤胃pH值和溫度無線檢測單元、Sub-1G無線傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)和阿里云實(shí)時顯示界面,實(shí)現(xiàn)了奶牛瘤胃pH值和溫度的連續(xù)監(jiān)測。瘤胃檢測單元采用LabSen331 pH值復(fù)合電極進(jìn)行pH值檢測,采用Pt1000鉑電阻進(jìn)行測溫。信號調(diào)理電路使用AD8603運(yùn)算放大器,模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換電路使用AD7792。核心控制電路使用STM8L151微控制器,通過315MHz無線信號傳輸數(shù)據(jù)到項(xiàng)圈中繼節(jié)點(diǎn)。無線傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)基于TI-15.4協(xié)議實(shí)現(xiàn)。數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)項(xiàng)圈節(jié)點(diǎn)中繼后,由數(shù)據(jù)集中器通過串口通信發(fā)送給物聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)關(guān)。通過4G網(wǎng)絡(luò),網(wǎng)關(guān)按照MQTT協(xié)議將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸至阿里云。本文進(jìn)行了pH值和溫度測量準(zhǔn)確性、檢測單元功耗、無線傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性等驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測試驗(yàn)。驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,pH值測量誤差小于±0.02,溫度測量誤差小于±0.3℃,檢測單元使用2200mA·h/3.6V鋰電池供電,檢測間隔設(shè)為10min時,電池壽命可達(dá)1800d,無線傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)可在180m內(nèi)可靠傳輸?,F(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)記錄值和人工測定瘤胃液pH值之間具有良好的相關(guān)性(r=0.961, P<0.05),本文設(shè)計的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)可以連續(xù)監(jiān)測奶牛瘤胃pH值和溫度的變化,為奶牛健康監(jiān)測和精準(zhǔn)飼喂提供參考。

    Abstract:

    Rumen pH value and temperature are key indicators of rumen fitness. It is difficult to implement traditional measurement, and the traditional rumen pH value measurement trends to cause cross infection. A wireless measurement unit for rumen pH value and temperature was designed. A star Sub-1G wireless network was also designed to monitor multiple cows. An Alibaba Cloud interface was developed to display rumen pH value and temperature. The wireless measurement unit used LabSen331 pH electrode to measure pH value and employed Pt1000 to sense temperature. AD8603 operational amplifier and AD7792 analog to digital converter were used to amplify and convert signal. STM8L151 microcontroller was employed to process data. The data was transmitted to collar node with 315MHz wireless signals. Wireless transmission network was built based on TI-15.4 protocol. When data was acquired by a collar node, it was further sent to the collector. The collector sent data to gateway through UART. The gateway transmitted data to Alibaba Cloud through 4G network according to MQTT protocol. pH value and temperature measurement accuracy, power consumption of measurement unit, and reliability of wireless transmission network were examined. The error of the pH value measurement was less than ±0.02. The temperature measurement error was less than ±0.3℃. The measurement unit used a 2200mA·h/3.6V lithium battery for power supply. When the measurement interval was set to be 10min, the battery was able to work more than 1800 days. The range of reliable wireless signal transmission was about 180m. Test in dairy farming showed a significant correlation between the recorded values of the monitoring system and the manually measured pH value of the rumen liquid (r=0 .961, P<0.05).The monitoring system was able to monitor the changes of rumen pH value and temperature continuously, which provided reference for the fitness monitoring and the strategy of precision feeding.
