    摘要:

    為解決我國(guó)天然橡膠割膠工作強(qiáng)度高、技術(shù)難度大及割膠工緊缺等問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)一種仿形進(jìn)階式天然橡膠割膠機(jī),通過(guò)分析割膠軌跡得到割膠軌跡方程,設(shè)計(jì)采用絲杠傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)豎直運(yùn)動(dòng)和圓柱齒輪嚙合傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)橢圓運(yùn)動(dòng)的復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)為割膠運(yùn)動(dòng)方式。工作時(shí),整機(jī)通過(guò)可調(diào)式捆綁機(jī)構(gòu)固定于橡膠樹上;利用Arduino開發(fā)板控制電機(jī)的動(dòng)作順序,采用直流推桿控制割膠機(jī)進(jìn)刀退刀動(dòng)作,采用減速步進(jìn)電機(jī)完成割膠機(jī)復(fù)合割膠運(yùn)動(dòng),采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)完成移位動(dòng)作。為驗(yàn)證該機(jī)性能,利用Design-Expert軟件設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行林間試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)割膠機(jī)在減速步進(jìn)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速21r/min、刀具角度25°和拉簧預(yù)緊力20N時(shí),割膠質(zhì)量最佳且耗電量最低,前5min排膠量為6.29mL、平均耗電量為1.07W·h,滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problems of high working intensity, high technical difficulty, and shortage of cutting workers of natural rubber in China, a profiling progressive natural rubber tapping machine was designed. Through the analysis of the tapping trajectory equation, the lead screw transmission implemented vertical movement and the cylindrical gear meshing transmission were used to achieve the compound movement of the elliptic motion for the tapping movement way. When the whole machine was working, it was fixed on the rubber tree through the adjustable binding mechanism; the Arduino development board was used to control the motor's action sequence, Dc motor rod was used to control the knife in and out of the cutting machine, decelerating stepper motor was used to complete the compound cutting machine's rubber cutting movement, and the stepping motor was used to complete the displacement action. To verify the performance of the machine for forest test, Design-Expert software was used to design and test. The results showed that when the rubber tapping machine was at a motor speed of 21r/min, a cutter angle of 25° and a tension spring preload of 20N, the quality of rubber tapping was the best and the power consumption was the lowest, with a discharge volume of 6.29mL in the first five minutes and average power consumption of 1.07W·h. The research result can provide a reference for the subsequent development of mechanized and intelligent rubber tapping equipment.
