    針對油莎豆挖掘裝置以正向旋轉(zhuǎn)挖掘方式為主,其漏豆率高、易擁堵、根系環(huán)抱體土壤難破碎,導(dǎo)致后續(xù)清選分離困難,聯(lián)合收獲工作效率極低等問題,應(yīng)用離散元仿真分析方法,建立油莎豆根系-塊莖-土壤離散元模型,分析油莎豆根系-塊莖-土壤之間相互作用對油莎豆根系土壤環(huán)抱體碎裂的影響機(jī)理,設(shè)計一種反向旋拋式油莎豆起挖裝置,并應(yīng)用單因素和正交旋轉(zhuǎn)中心組合試驗方法,研究反旋挖掘裝置旋耕刀相位角和安裝間距對性能指標(biāo)埋果率和土壤破碎率影響規(guī)律和優(yōu)化參數(shù)組合,試驗結(jié)果表明,反向旋拋式油莎豆起挖裝置的最佳組合參數(shù)為:相位角61°、安裝間距150mm,此時土壤破碎率為94.10%、埋果率為1.39%,在相同參數(shù)設(shè)置下與普通旋耕刀組合進(jìn)行田間驗證試驗,結(jié)果表明,埋果率降低了13.33%,土壤破碎率提高了3.15%,滿足油莎豆機(jī)械化收獲部頒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)要求。研究結(jié)果為進(jìn)一步提升油莎豆收獲機(jī)具研發(fā)提供了理論依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of high leakage rate, easy congestion and difficult soil fragmentation in the root system, which lead to difficulties in subsequent sorting and separation and low efficiency of combined harvesting. The discrete element simulation method was applied to establish the root-tuber-soil discrete element model of Cyperus edulis, the mechanism of the interaction between root-tuber-soil of Cyperus edulis on the fragmentation of the root-soil annulus of Cyperus edulis was analyzed, and a reverse spin-throw type starting device was designed. The results showed that the optimum combination of parameters for the reverse rotary tiller was as follows: phase angle of 61°, installation spacing of 150mm, soil fragmentation rate of 94.10%, buried fruit rate of 1.39%, under the same parameter settings with ordinary rotary tiller combination for field verification test, the results showed that buried fruit rate was reduced by 13.33%, soil fragmentation rate was increased by 3.15%, which met the technical requirements of Chinese Cyperus edulis mechanized harvesting standards, the research results can provide a theoretical reference basis for further improvement of Cyperus edulis harvesting equipment development.
