    溫室環(huán)境調(diào)控能有效改善作物生產(chǎn)條件,為有效針對溫室溫度相對濕度進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)調(diào)控,設(shè)計了一種基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的溫室智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),分別進(jìn)行了降溫、除濕、增濕和無設(shè)備運(yùn)行4種處理下的試驗(yàn),構(gòu)建了溫室無設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下溫度和相對濕度變化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過對比同一條件下無設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的模擬值與設(shè)備調(diào)控后的實(shí)測值,定量分析出不同設(shè)備的調(diào)控能力。提出了根據(jù)作物需求分時間段、根據(jù)設(shè)備調(diào)控能力分溫度區(qū)間的分段多區(qū)間溫濕度調(diào)控方法,并進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:分段多區(qū)間控制策略可以有效地調(diào)控溫度和相對濕度,全天59.46%時間內(nèi)的溫度處于適宜區(qū)間中,全天6680%時間內(nèi)的相對濕度處于適宜區(qū)間中;設(shè)備運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定且未造成設(shè)備頻繁啟閉。分時間段多溫度區(qū)間控制策略結(jié)合智能控制系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程自動控制。

    Abstract:

    Greenhouse environmental regulation can effectively improve crop production conditions. But due to the cost, acceptance and other reasons, most farmers use experience-based methods or simpler methods to control the greenhouse environment. In this situation, how to simply and effectively regulate greenhouse temperature and humidity accurately is a pressing issue in current greenhouse production. Firstly, a modern greenhouse intelligent monitoring system based on Internet of things was designed. The experiments of cooling, dehumidification, humidification and fully closed equipment were designed, and the mathematical models of temperature and humidity under closed greenhouse were constructed. By comparing the simulated values without equipment operation under the same conditions with the measured values after equipment regulation, a temperature and humidity control method was proposed according to the time period of crop growth demand and the size of equipment control capacity, and the experimental verification was carried out. The results showed that the subsection and multi-interval control strategy can effectively regulate the temperature and humidity. The temperature within 59.46% of the day was in the target range, and the humidity within 66.80% of the day was in the target range. The equipment operated stably without frequent opening and closing of the equipment. The subsection and multi-interval control strategy put forward an idea for greenhouse environmental control, combined with the typical IoT structure, remote automatic control can be realized, and the research results can be directly applied to practice.
