    谷物水分的快速測(cè)量對(duì)谷物準(zhǔn)確測(cè)產(chǎn)、糧食快速收儲(chǔ)、精準(zhǔn)農(nóng)業(yè)實(shí)施具有重要意義。針對(duì)聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)作業(yè)條件下小麥水分檢測(cè)穩(wěn)定性差、測(cè)量精度低等問(wèn)題,基于小麥介電特性原理,設(shè)計(jì)一種聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)水分在線檢測(cè)裝置,提出一種動(dòng)態(tài)連續(xù)取樣、靜態(tài)間歇測(cè)量的新方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)作業(yè)條件下,在線快速穩(wěn)定檢測(cè)小麥含水率。在線檢測(cè)裝置由機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)取樣部分、電機(jī)控制模塊、傳感器模塊、數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、衛(wèi)星定位模塊和顯示終端組成。其中傳感器模塊包括水分傳感器、溫度傳感器和料位傳感器。開(kāi)展了靜態(tài)驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)和田間動(dòng)態(tài)驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,靜態(tài)條件下,含水率在線檢測(cè)誤差在3%以內(nèi);在田間動(dòng)態(tài)變化條件下,建立了基于介電常數(shù)和溫度因子的水分檢測(cè)模型,實(shí)測(cè)值和檢測(cè)值相關(guān)系數(shù)達(dá)到0.92,在線檢測(cè)誤差小于5%。采用動(dòng)態(tài)連續(xù)采樣、靜態(tài)間歇測(cè)量的方法顯著提高了含水率在線檢測(cè)的精度,為實(shí)現(xiàn)小麥精準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)提供了一種快速測(cè)量手段。

    Abstract:

    It is important to detect grain moisture content for grain yield monitor, grain accurate possession and precision agriculture. It limits the accuracy and stability of grain moisture on-line detection for the dynamic condition of combine harvester.A grain moisture on-line detection device on combine harvester was developed based on the principle of dielectric property. The dynamic constant volume sampling mechanism was proposed. With the help of the sampling mechanism, a method of dynamic continuous sampling and static interval measurement was also proposed. It could detect grain moisture on the operation condition of combine harvester. The device consisted of mechanical dynamic sampling part, motor control module, sensor module, data acquisition module, GPS module and a display terminal. Sensor module included moisture sensor, temperature sensor and grain height level sensor. In June 2020, experiments were carried out at Beijing Xiaotangshan National Demonstration Station of Precision Agriculture. Experimental results showed that under the static condition, grain moisture on-line detection error was within 3%. Grain moisture detection model was established integrated of permittivity and grain temperature. The dynamic experiment showed that the correlation coefficient between the predicted grain moisture value and that of standard value was 0.92. The relevant error was less than 5%. It could satisfy the practice need.
