    摘要:

    智能農(nóng)業(yè)裝備是信息化、自動化、智能化的綜合體,其智能化水平主要表現(xiàn)在作業(yè)過程狀態(tài)感知、數(shù)據(jù)分析、科學(xué)決策與自主控制等先進(jìn)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。目前,我國農(nóng)業(yè)裝備在作業(yè)服務(wù)方面主要存在故障自動監(jiān)測實(shí)用性差、維修服務(wù)資源配置失衡以及服務(wù)調(diào)度成本高等問題。本文以農(nóng)業(yè)裝備中典型機(jī)具——聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)為例,重點(diǎn)綜述了國內(nèi)外聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)運(yùn)維服務(wù)管理相關(guān)典型技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),闡述和剖析了農(nóng)業(yè)裝備遠(yuǎn)程運(yùn)維服務(wù)平臺、作業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測、多機(jī)協(xié)同作業(yè)以及運(yùn)維服務(wù)優(yōu)化等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展動態(tài)。闡述了運(yùn)維服務(wù)管理平臺總體構(gòu)架與技術(shù)進(jìn)展;并分別闡述了作業(yè)工況、作業(yè)質(zhì)量感知與車載終端管理等遠(yuǎn)程運(yùn)維數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展,路徑規(guī)劃、協(xié)同控制與任務(wù)分配等多機(jī)協(xié)同作業(yè)技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展,故障診斷預(yù)測、維修策略與群體調(diào)度等運(yùn)維服務(wù)優(yōu)化技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展;最后,結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用場景,總結(jié)分析了農(nóng)業(yè)裝備運(yùn)維服務(wù)管理技術(shù)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇,提出了農(nóng)業(yè)裝備信息化管理技術(shù)的未來發(fā)展方向;并指出我國農(nóng)業(yè)裝備運(yùn)維服務(wù)管理信息化技術(shù)未來研究方向。

    Abstract:

    Intelligent agricultural machinery equipment is a complex of informatization, automation, and intelligence. Its intelligence level is mainly reflected in the application of advanced technologies such as state perception, data analysis, scientific decision-making, and autonomous control in the operation process. At present, there are mainly problems in the operational services of agricultural machinery equipment in China, such as poor practicality of fault automatic monitoring, imbalanced allocation of maintenance service resources, and high service scheduling costs. The current situation and characteristics of typical technologies related to the operation and maintenance service management of combine harvester at home and abroad were summarized, and focusing on the research status and development trends of remote operation and maintenance service platform for agricultural machinery equipment, operation data monitoring, multi machine collaborative operation, and operation and maintenance service optimization. Firstly, the overall architecture and technological progress of the operation and maintenance service management platform were elaborated. Then the research progress of remote operation and maintenance data monitoring technologies such as operating conditions, job quality perception, and vehicle terminal management was elaborated, as well as the research progress of multi machine collaborative operation technologies such as path planning, collaborative control, and task allocation. The research progress of operation and maintenance service optimization technologies such as fault diagnosis prediction, maintenance strategy, and group scheduling was also elaborated. Finally, combined with practical application scenarios, the challenges and opportunities faced by agricultural machinery equipment operation and maintenance service management technology were summarized and analyzed, and the future development direction of agricultural machinery equipment information management technology was proposed. Future research directions for informationization of agricultural equipment operation and maintenance service management in China were pointed out.
